Peer Review Process

Peer Reviewing Process {Paper Selection and Publication Process}
a) Authors are required to embed figures and tables within the manuscript to become one single file for submission in Word or PDF format. Once a submission is completed, the journal system will generate a manuscript ID and login code sent to the author's contact email.

b) A cover letter explaining why the study is important and deserves publication.

c) The initial submission allows one supplementary file to be submitted together with main manuscript file and a cover letter. However, extra supplementary files can be submitted in the manuscript login page even after initial submission is completed.

d) The journal requires that the submitting author to be the corresponding author, who will ensure that the author list and author contributions are accurate and complete and that all the proper forms are submitted and accurate. He/she should be readily available for any correspondence if our editors have questions and/or concerns.
e) Authors are required to list all co-authors' emails in since it is essential that all authors are aware and agree that the manuscript is submitted to this journal.
f) Upon receipt of paper submission, the Editor sends an E-mail of confirmation to the corresponding author within 2-4 working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, your submission/e-mail may be missed. Please contact the Editor in time for that.

g) The journal uses a double-blind system for the peer-reviewing process; both reviewer's and authors' identities remain anonymous. All contributions will be initially assessed by the editor for suitability for the journal. Papers deemed suitable are then typically sent to a minimum of two independent expert reviewers to assess the scientific quality of the paper {two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission}. The Editor is responsible for the final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of articles, and the Editor's decision is final. The review process for an article may take 8-10 weeks.

h) Notification of the result of review by e-mail. Author/authors(s) revise paper and pay Article Processing Charge.

i)  E-journal in PDF is available on the journal's webpage, free of charge for download.

j) Please read before submission: The journal has a policy towards plagiarism (including self-plagiarism). Manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before, during, and after publication, and if found they will be rejected at any stage. In case of papers already published in EJPAS and plagiarism is detected or later reported by readers, it will be retracted from the journal and the authors' institutions and department heads will be notified for actions. This includes data fabrication, data falsification and image manipulation.
